Genius AI is the artificial intelligence platform operated by Coppel, S.A. de C.V. It lets authorized users converse with language models, query corporate documents, and securely connect their Google Workspace and Google Cloud work tools in order to summarize information, draft content, organize their schedule and automate repetitive tasks from a single interface.
Genius AI is a web and desktop application. After signing in, the user writes in natural language and the assistant answers using the language models configured by Coppel, S.A. de C.V. and, when the user explicitly authorizes it, the content of their own Google tools.
Chat with language models to draft, translate, summarize, analyze and generate code, with per user conversation history.
Natural language questions over corporate documents and over the Google Drive files the user chooses to index.
Summaries of Gmail threads, extraction of commitments, and draft replies that the user reviews before sending.
Availability lookups and creation or adjustment of Google Calendar events at the user's explicit request.
Read only queries over Google Cloud projects and resources to answer operations, cost and compliance questions.
Automations the user configures and activates, always under their own account and with the authorizations they granted themselves.
The Google connection is optional and is enabled only when the user asks for it. During authorization, Google displays the exact list of requested permissions and the user decides whether to grant them.
Genius AI's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Genius AI does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, does not transfer it to data brokers, and does not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence models.

Genius AI is an internal corporate tool for the group of companies. It is not available to the general public and does not accept open sign ups.
Access is limited to people holding a corporate email account on one of the group company domains listed below, who maintain an active employment or contractual relationship with them. These companies operate under separate Google Workspace accounts, which is why the application is registered with an external audience even though its use is strictly internal.

Coppel, S.A. de C.V. develops and operates the platform and acts as the data controller. The other entities are affiliated companies whose personnel use the platform under an intragroup agreement. Each entity's data is logically isolated: a user can only query information from their own account and from the knowledge bases their entity has granted them access to.
Anyone whose email does not belong to one of these domains receives an authorization error and cannot complete sign in.
